Spring programs begin March 1. Summer programs, marked with an asterisk (*), begin in June.

 

Live Dive

Divers swim with the fishes and sharks in the 306,000-gallon Living Shipwreck exhibit, and interact with visitors via underwater microphones.

Daily at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

 

Creature Feature

Why is a horseshoe crab like a spider? How big do sea turtles get? Come to the Big Rock Theater and discover the fascinating world of aquatic animals.

Daily at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

 

Animal Feedings

Watch the mealtime activity in the 306,000-gallon Living Shipwreck or in other exhibits.

Daily at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

 

Otter Enrichment

Two river otters named Pungo and Neuse frolic and feast during their exercise and enrichment sessions.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m.

 

 

Storytime

Bring your preschoolers to the Clearwater Classroom for favorite stories about the world around us.

Friday at 9:30 a.m.

 

*Critter Kitchen

Ever heard of turtle brownies? Join us in the Sportfishing Gallery to learn about the Aquarium’s unusual menu for the animals and how the food is prepared.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2 p.m.

Make your way through the alphabet exploring ocean topics with fun, interactive programs and activities.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

 

*Aquarium Jeopardy

Come to the Clearwater Classroom and compete for prizes in an educational quiz game focused on the environment.

Daily at 3:30 p.m.

 

*Dockside Puppet Theater

Ed the Pelican and friends show what everyone can do to help animals in and around the water.
